Duties

Duties

- Proficiency using email and spreadsheets.

- Dispense Technician Certificate III or higher
- S2/S3 Training. Good understanding of medicine scheduling rules.
- LOTS Dispense experience
- Strong technical background, including proficiency with concepts such as escripts, Script List and The Cloud.

Front Shop (Pharmacy Assistant)

Considering all levels of experience, including 1st or 2nd year pharmacy students and people with retail experience looking to move into the health industry.
Duties
- Take in script requests (in-store and on the phone/email/via the app/email/etc)
- Hand out medication
- Assist customers to choose appropriate over-the-counter medication or other products
- Utilise POS software to complete transactions
- Stock management, presentation, “fill and face.” Merchandising. Rolling stocktakes. Cleaning.
- Completing NDSS, Hubbed, PharmacyID requests.

- S2/S3 Training

- LOTS POS or other POS experience
- Retail/Customer Service certificates
- CPAP knowledge

Webster Packer
As a Webster Packer you will be responsible for preparing and organising Webster-paks, medication management systems designed to simplify medication administration for patients.
Duties
- Accurately prepare and assemble Webster packs according to individual patient profiles.
- Communicate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, residential care facilities and other healthcare professionals to clarify medication instructions and ensure patient safety.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as pharmaceutical industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and sanitised.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to identify and address any patient medication concerns or discrepancies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in relevant training opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Essential
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent education.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tech All-rounder
Pharmacy has taken on enormous amounts of technology in the past 10 years, and it’s only going to accelerate from here. Ecommerce, interconnected systems, The Cloud, dispensing robots, digital health records, social media, artificial intelligence, all coming together to assist us provide the best health for our wonderful customers.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced IT professional of 20+ years with a talent stack that spans ecommerce, finance, telco, marketing and of course pharmacy. Would ideally suit someone studying or who has completed an IT-related course, or someone already working in pharmacy with a strong tech background looking to take their career further down this path. Please note this is not a WFH role.
Duties
- Procure and support hardware (PCs, servers, firewall, network), OS and applications, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Implement and support across full ecommerce stack
- Work with technology partners to manage servers, network, backups, phones, etc.
- Roll out technology to support the pharmacy business
- Provide technical support and training for pharmacy staff
- Ensure proper documentation of IT systems, processes, and policies
